Elevate Health is currently comprised of Dr. J Kevin Giglio and Dr. Michael D Giglio. Dr. Kevin Giglio grew up in the Shepherd Park Plaza neighborhood and has been proudly serving Garden Oaks and Oak Forest for nearly 35 years. His son, Dr. Michael Giglio, joined the practice in July 2021 and has also lived in and served the GOOF community for several years. Their shared goal is to provide high quality evidence based care in order to improve health outcomes to the Greater Heights and GOOF community locally, and to patients both near and far who continue to drive to see them. They look forward to the opportunity to helping you acheive your healthcare goals!

UPDATE

It was with sadness that we announce that Dr. Schimelpfenig has left us as of May 28th, 2025 to rejoin family in Dallas, Tx. We thank him for his commitment to our community and to your healthcare needs, and wish him the best in his future endeavors. Both Dr. J Kevin Giglio and Dr. Michael Giglio will remain available and will continue to care for your health to the best of our availability in the wake of his departure.
